When you submit a domain for scanning, we collect the domain name you enter and the scan results (HTML structure, schema markup, technical signals). We do not collect any personal data about you to perform a scan. No account, email, or login is required.
We use FastStats.io — our own privacy-focused analytics platform hosted in the European Union — to collect anonymous usage statistics. FastStats does not use cookies, does not track individual users, and does not collect personal data. It records aggregate page views and referrer data only.
No cookies. FastAEOCheck sets no cookies of any kind — no analytics cookies, no tracking cookies, no session cookies.
No fingerprinting. We do not use browser fingerprinting or any cross-site tracking technology.
No third-party trackers. We do not embed Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking scripts.
Our web servers record standard access logs including IP addresses, request URLs, timestamps, and user agent strings. These logs are used exclusively for security monitoring and abuse prevention. Server logs are automatically deleted after 30 days.
Scan results are stored in our database to enable shareable report URLs. Reports generated through the web interface are stored for 90 days before automatic deletion. Reports do not contain any personal data — they contain only the technical analysis of the scanned website's publicly available HTML content.
We want to be explicit about what FastAEOCheck does not do:
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personal identifiers to use the scanner. We do not require account registration. We do not use cookies or local storage. We do not track your browsing behavior across sessions. We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties. We do not use advertising networks. We do not build user profiles. We do not use AI to analyze user behavior.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)): Server log processing for security monitoring and abuse prevention. We have a legitimate interest in protecting our infrastructure from attacks, automated abuse, and unauthorized access.
Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): Processing scan requests to deliver the AEO audit results you requested.
All data is stored on servers located in the European Union, operated by INUX Cloud s.r.o. We do not transfer any data outside of the EU/EEA. Our infrastructure is self-managed on European hardware — we do not use US-based cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for data storage.
European sovereignty. Your data never leaves the EU. Our servers, our analytics platform, our databases — all physically located and operated within EU borders.

As FastAEOCheck does not collect personal data during normal use (no accounts, no cookies, no tracking), most GDPR rights are not applicable because there is no personal data to exercise them against. However, if you believe we hold personal data about you (for example, if you contacted us by email), you have the following rights:
Right of access (Art. 15): Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
Right to rectification (Art. 16): Request correction of inaccurate data.
Right to erasure (Art. 17): Request deletion of your personal data.
Right to restriction (Art. 18): Request restricted processing of your data.
Right to data portability (Art. 20): Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Right to object (Art. 21): Object to processing based on legitimate interest.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data, including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all traffic, restricted database access with role-based authentication, regular security updates and system hardening, and network-level firewall rules on all infrastructure.

We do not share data with any advertising network, data broker, or social media platform.
FastAEOCheck is a professional SEO auditing tool and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Since we do not require registration or collect personal data during normal use, this concern is largely moot.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will note the update prominently on the website.

If you believe your data protection rights have been violated, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The relevant authority for INUX Cloud s.r.o. is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR).
